I changed my approach after reading the book and instead of contacting my life insurance sales leads regularly I instead introduced myself, explained my services, and let them know that if they had any questions that they could call me whenever they wanted to. I think that this made a pretty big difference because when I did it this way I actually had the leads calling me at a convenient time for them.
