Diamond Wedding Ring Sets

I couldn’t believe it had happened. One minute my wife was wearing the diamond set that I had bought for her the year before and the next thing I know it was gone. We went out to dinner to a fancy restaurant last week and as we came out of the restaurant it was raining incredibly hard so we had to run and run fast to the car. This must have been when my wife’s diamond necklace fell off. I wish that I had put the insurance on all diamond wedding ring sets but you know what they say about hindsight.

We got home and as I was taking my wife’s coat I had noticed that her necklace wasn’t around her neck. I asked her about it and she started panicking looking on the floor and then ran out the door to look for it on the driveway.Even though you may think that diamond wedding sets will stay with you forever, they can sometimes surprise you!

So, I ran out after her and after she was done running around the driveway and was satisfied that the necklace wasn’t there she looked at me and said, “We ran to the car from the restaurant”.  We both jumped in the car and made our way back to the restaurant that we had just left.

As I pulled up to the parking spot that we had just left a half of an hour earlier my wife bolted out of the car. It was dark and I didn’t even think to bring a flashlight (I was so shocked) but there was some light coming from the front of the restaurant. As my wife was looking in the parking lot I ran inside to ask one of the employees if anyone had found a diamond cross necklace. She shook her head and followed me outside to help us to look in the parking lot. We actually had three other employees of the restaurant looking for it as well but we had no luck. Someone had probably found it and realized how expensive that it was.

We went home that night in a sad mood and she felt guilty about losing it but really it was nobody’s fault. I learned my lesson. The next time that I buy something as expensive as a diamond set I will be sure to take out insurance on it. We didn’t ever find the necklace and it was very expensive so be sure that if you decide to buy a diamond set or any other expensive jewelery be sure to get insurance for it. You will be glad that you did take it from me.

A diamond set can be one of the most cherished gifts that you can give someone so be sure to have it protected with insurance. Insurance will save you a lot of grief and disappointment if the diamond wedding ring sets is lost or stolen.
